Creative Me with Scratchworks Theatre Company

This interactive zoom session with Scratchworks Theatre Company, focuses on Individual Creativity for those interested in physical theatre, movement and devising.

Whether you’re used to working alone or within an ensemble, this workshop explores your creative instincts and individual expression.

From the comfort of home, get ready to surprise yourself with fun exercises exploring improvisation, idea generation & physical movement.

This session is suitable for all levels of ability, from complete beginners looking to try something new or for those with more experience looking to explore solo practice.

For this session you will need a piece of paper, a pen & a little room to move around in. A private space is recommended.

This workshop will be tailored to the online space, allowing each participant to explore exercises from the comfort of their home, focus on their body and creativity while connecting with the group and being supported by the workshop leader, Alice Higginson-Clarke. 

Alice is a theatre-maker, performer & writer who has been a Co-Artistic Director of Scratchworks Theatre Company since it began in 2013. Scratchworks is a female-led company specialising in physical theatre, comedy & storytelling for audiences of all ages. Alice has years of experience of delivering workshops for all groups. Her previous workshop with Waterway, Physical Movement and Playful Fun, was a sold-out success.
